Ensemble, ces entit\u00e9s sont mandat\u00e9es pour faire des achats dans le cadre du march\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9 du R\u00e9seau de sant\u00e9 CAN.<\/p>\n<p>Nous utilisons le terme \u00ab Edge \u00bb, car le R\u00e9seau de sant\u00e9 CAN travaille directement avec les \u00e9l\u00e9ments les plus novateurs de notre r\u00e9seau de fournisseurs de soins de sant\u00e9. Ceux-ci sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 l\u2019avant-garde du paysage de l\u2019innovation en mati\u00e8re de soins de sant\u00e9 au Canada. Les Edges s\u2019engagent \u00e0 \u00eatre les premiers \u00e0 utiliser des solutions novatrices en mati\u00e8re de soins de sant\u00e9 au Canada.<\/p>\n<p>Le terme <strong>\u00ab Edge h\u00f4te \u00bb<\/strong> d\u00e9signe l\u2019organisme Edge dont l\u2019\u00e9nonc\u00e9 du probl\u00e8me fait l\u2019objet d\u2019un projet de commercialisation du R\u00e9seau de sant\u00e9 CAN. L\u2019organisme Edge \u00ab h\u00e9berge \u00bb ensuite cette entreprise s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e et sa solution tout au long du cycle de vie du projet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00ab Lead Edge \u00bb<\/strong> fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 l\u2019organisme Edge responsable du R\u00e9seau et de son administration dans une r\u00e9gion donn\u00e9e du R\u00e9seau de sant\u00e9 CAN.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Trillium Health Partners (THP) \u2013 Organisme Lead Edge pour la r\u00e9gion de l\u2019Ontario<\/li>\n<li>Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) \u2013 Organisme Lead Edge pour la r\u00e9gion de l\u2019Ouest<\/li>\n<li>Horizon Health Network (Horizon) \u2013 Organisme Lead Edge pour la r\u00e9gion de l\u2019Atlantique<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Edges are public or private health-care organizations, such as hospitals, home care organizations, health authorities, and private clinics, with shared challenges.
