La Fraser Health Authority (FHA) maintient actuellement des manuels de th\u00e9rapie m\u00e9dicamenteuse parent\u00e9rale (Parenteral Drug Therapy Manuals \u2013 PDTM) pour les patients n\u00e9onataux, p\u00e9diatriques et adultes, accessibles par l\u2019entremise de l\u2019intranet de Fraser Health. L\u2019absence d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 cette ressource peut entra\u00eener des incoh\u00e9rences dans la pratique clinique, accro\u00eetre le risque d\u2019erreurs de prescription, de pr\u00e9paration et d\u2019administration des m\u00e9dicaments, causer des pr\u00e9judices potentiels aux patients et engendrer des co\u00fbts suppl\u00e9mentaires pour le syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9. La FHA recherche une solution technologique, telle qu\u2019une application mobile, qui offre au personnel de la sant\u00e9 un acc\u00e8s pratique \u00e0 des renseignements normalis\u00e9s sur les m\u00e9dicaments utilis\u00e9s en p\u00e9diatrie et en n\u00e9onatologie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La FHA et le R\u00e9seau de sant\u00e9 CAN publient le pr\u00e9sent appel \u00e0 l\u2019innovation afin de trouver des entreprises canadiennes qualifi\u00e9es capables de r\u00e9pondre aux r\u00e9sultats attendus ci-dessous. La FHA et le R\u00e9seau de Sant\u00e9 CAN se r\u00e9servent le droit de ne pas aller de l\u2019avant avec ce projet, \u00e0 leur enti\u00e8re discr\u00e9tion, notamment si aucune entreprise canadienne qualifi\u00e9e n\u2019est en mesure de r\u00e9pondre raisonnablement aux r\u00e9sultats attendus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour \u00eatre admissible \u00e0 un projet du R\u00e9seau de sant\u00e9 CAN, l\u2019entreprise doit satisfaire \u00e0 <strong>TOUS <\/strong>les crit\u00e8res suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si\u00e8ge social au Canada (des crit\u00e8res suppl\u00e9mentaires s'appliquent pour les entreprises dont le si\u00e8ge social n'est pas au Canada)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Propri\u00e9t\u00e9 majoritaire de l'entreprise et de la solution par des Canadiens<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solution \u00e0 un niveau de maturit\u00e9 technologique (TRL) &gt;7, indiquant une technologie r\u00e9elle compl\u00e9t\u00e9e et qualifi\u00e9e par des tests et des d\u00e9monstrations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toutes les donn\u00e9es et les mod\u00e8les d'IA (le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant) doivent \u00eatre h\u00e9berg\u00e9s au Canada et se conformer \u00e0 toutes les r\u00e9glementations canadiennes en mati\u00e8re de confidentialit\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poss\u00e9der toutes les approbations r\u00e9glementaires n\u00e9cessaires pour la commercialisation, incluant l'approbation de Sant\u00e9 Canada, si n\u00e9cessaire<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoir compl\u00e9t\u00e9 toutes les \u00e9tudes cliniques n\u00e9cessaires sur la validit\u00e9\/uniformit\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pas besoin de changements de politique pour adopter et impl\u00e9menter la solution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fortes r\u00e9f\u00e9rences dans le syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 canadien<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adh\u00e9sion active au Plan d'\u00e9l\u00e9vation du R\u00e9seau de Sant\u00e9 CAN (doit \u00eatre active au lancement du projet; non requise pour postuler)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si l'entreprise n'a pas son si\u00e8ge social au Canada ou si la solution n'est pas majoritairement d\u00e9tenue par des Canadiens, des crit\u00e8res suppl\u00e9mentaires s'appliquent :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Autonomie ind\u00e9pendante sur les op\u00e9rations commerciales et le d\u00e9veloppement de produits (pour les filiales, les affili\u00e9s ou les distributeurs)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Potentiel \u00e9lev\u00e9 de cr\u00e9ation d'emplois au Canada, en particulier dans les postes ex\u00e9cutifs et de haute direction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engagement d\u2019investir plus de 70 % de la valeur contractuelle au Canada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lors du processus de s\u00e9lection des entreprises, la pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence est donn\u00e9e aux entreprises\/solutions enti\u00e8rement d\u00e9tenues par des Canadiens, suivies par celles majoritairement d\u00e9tenues par des Canadiens, et enfin les entreprises internationales ayant une pr\u00e9sence significative et un impact \u00e9conomique au Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour obtenir plus de renseignements sur le processus d\u2019appel \u00e0 l\u2019innovation et les projets de commercialisation financ\u00e9s par le R\u00e9seau de sant\u00e9 CAN, veuillez consulter la page FAQ du site Web du R\u00e9seau de sant\u00e9 CAN : <a href=\"https:\/\/canhealthnetwork.ca\/fr\/faq\/\">https:\/\/canhealthnetwork.ca\/faq\/<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Medication prescribing and administration errors are among the most significant patient safety risks in pediatric and neonatal care.
