Veuillez noter qu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019un appel conjoint entre le R\u00e9seau de sant\u00e9 CAN et le Centre d\u2019innovation sur le vieillissement et la sant\u00e9 c\u00e9r\u00e9brale (CABHI - Centre for Aging + Brain Health Innovation). Bruy\u00e8re et le R\u00e9seau de sant\u00e9 CAN se r\u00e9servent le droit de ne pas aller de l\u2019avant avec ce projet \u00e0 leur enti\u00e8re discr\u00e9tion et, en particulier, s\u2019il n\u2019y a pas d\u2019entreprises ontariennes qualifi\u00e9es qui peuvent raisonnablement atteindre les r\u00e9sultats souhait\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*L\u2019entreprise doit \u00eatre enregistr\u00e9e en Ontario pour \u00eatre admissible \u00e0 ce projet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le CABHI, situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Baycrest \u00e0 Toronto, au Canada, est un acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur de solutions qui vise \u00e0 stimuler l\u2019innovation dans le secteur du vieillissement et de la sant\u00e9 c\u00e9r\u00e9brale. Le CABHI s\u2019est associ\u00e9 au R\u00e9seau de sant\u00e9 CAN pour lancer un appel de programme conjoint afin d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l\u2019adoption d\u2019une solution qui parvient \u00e0 r\u00e9duire l\u2019apparition d\u2019escarres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le CABHI soutiendra l\u2019entreprise s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e par son programme de mentorat, de capital et de continuation (MC\u00b2), un programme de financement unique en son genre destin\u00e9 \u00e0 soutenir les entreprises de technologies de la sant\u00e9 de l\u2019Ontario en phase de d\u00e9marrage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e peut recevoir jusqu\u2019\u00e0 100\u00a0000\u00a0$\u00a0CA en investissement de la part de CABHI au moyen d\u2019une dette de risque non garantie ou une entente SAFE (simple agreement for future equity) apr\u00e8s injection de capitaux pour l\u2019aider \u00e0 atteindre des \u00e9tapes commerciales pr\u00e9cises sur une p\u00e9riode de 12\u00a0mois.
