Vancouver Coastal Health et CAN Health se\nr\u00e9servent le droit de ne pas poursuivre ce projet \u00e0 leur enti\u00e8re discr\u00e9tion et en particulier<br>s'il n'y a pas\nd'entreprises canadiennes qualifi\u00e9es pouvant<br>raisonnablement r\u00e9pondre aux r\u00e9sultats souhait\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour \u00eatre admissible \u00e0 un projet CAN Health, l'entreprise doit avoir son si\u00e8ge social au Canada et\/ou \u00eatre\nd\u00e9tenue majoritairement (&gt; 50%) par des Canadiens et\/ou avoir un impact \u00e9conomique significatif au\nCanada, incluant un potentiel \u00e9lev\u00e9 de cr\u00e9ation d'emplois au Canada (&gt; 70% de la valeur contractuelle\npour les distributeurs d'une solution non canadienne), autonomie ind\u00e9pendante sur les op\u00e9rations\ncommerciales et le d\u00e9veloppement de produits (pour les filiales, affili\u00e9es ou distributeurs), pr\u00e9sence\nactuelle (bureau(x) et client(s)) et pouvoir b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier du R\u00e9seau CAN Health.
