Cependant, la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l'hygi\u00e8ne des mains dans les h\u00f4pitaux a \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9v\u00e8rement limit\u00e9e par le manque de technologie pr\u00e9cise, automatis\u00e9e et abordable pour surveiller la conformit\u00e9 du personnel. L'H\u00f4pital Grand River (GRH) recherche une solution pouvant soutenir \u00e0 la fois l'audit et la surveillance de la conformit\u00e9 \u00e0 l'hygi\u00e8ne des mains, avec l'attente d'augmenter la conformit\u00e9 \u00e0 l'hygi\u00e8ne des mains et d'aider \u00e0 enqu\u00eater sur les voies de transmission des infections, am\u00e9liorant ainsi les soins aux patients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le R\u00e9seau de Sant\u00e9 CAN publie cet Appel \u00e0 l'Innovation pour rechercher des entreprises canadiennes qualifi\u00e9es pouvant r\u00e9pondre aux r\u00e9sultats souhait\u00e9s suivants. L'H\u00f4pital Grand River et le R\u00e9seau de Sant\u00e9 CAN se r\u00e9servent le droit de ne pas poursuivre ce projet \u00e0 leur enti\u00e8re discr\u00e9tion, en particulier s'il n'y a pas d'entreprises canadiennes qualifi\u00e9es pouvant raisonnablement atteindre les r\u00e9sultats souhait\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour \u00eatre \u00e9ligible \u00e0 un projet du R\u00e9seau de Sant\u00e9 CAN, l'entreprise doit r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 TOUS les crit\u00e8res suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si\u00e8ge social au Canada (des crit\u00e8res suppl\u00e9mentaires s'appliquent pour les entreprises dont le si\u00e8ge social n'est pas au Canada)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Propri\u00e9t\u00e9 majoritaire de l'entreprise et de la solution par des Canadiens<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solution \u00e0 un niveau de maturit\u00e9 technologique (TRL) &gt;7, indiquant une technologie r\u00e9elle compl\u00e9t\u00e9e et qualifi\u00e9e par des tests et des d\u00e9monstrations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toutes les donn\u00e9es et les mod\u00e8les d'IA (le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant) doivent \u00eatre h\u00e9berg\u00e9s au Canada et se conformer \u00e0 toutes les r\u00e9glementations canadiennes en mati\u00e8re de confidentialit\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poss\u00e9der toutes les approbations r\u00e9glementaires n\u00e9cessaires pour la commercialisation, incluant l'approbation de Sant\u00e9 Canada, si n\u00e9cessaire<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoir compl\u00e9t\u00e9 toutes les \u00e9tudes cliniques n\u00e9cessaires sur la validit\u00e9\/uniformit\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pas besoin de changements de politique pour adopter et impl\u00e9menter la solution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fortes r\u00e9f\u00e9rences dans le syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 canadien<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si l'entreprise n'a pas son si\u00e8ge social au Canada ou si la solution n'est pas majoritairement d\u00e9tenue par des Canadiens, des crit\u00e8res suppl\u00e9mentaires s'appliquent :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Autonomie ind\u00e9pendante sur les op\u00e9rations commerciales et le d\u00e9veloppement de produits (pour les filiales, les affili\u00e9s ou les distributeurs)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Potentiel \u00e9lev\u00e9 de cr\u00e9ation d'emplois au Canada, en particulier dans les postes ex\u00e9cutifs et de haute direction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engagement de plus de 70 % de la valeur du contrat au Canada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors du processus de s\u00e9lection des entreprises, la pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence est donn\u00e9e aux entreprises\/solutions enti\u00e8rement d\u00e9tenues par des Canadiens, suivies par celles majoritairement d\u00e9tenues par des Canadiens, et enfin les entreprises internationales ayant une pr\u00e9sence significative et un impact \u00e9conomique au Canada.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It is well established that improving hand hygiene is the most effective way to reduce hospital-acquired infections (HAIs).
