(Oakville, ON)<\/b> \u2013 Le R\u00e9seau de sant\u00e9 coordonn\u00e9, accessible et national (CAN) est ravi d\u2019accueillir <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tenzrhealth.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Tenzr Health<\/a>, une entreprise bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Vancouver qui utilise des capteurs portables, la gamification et l\u2019intelligence artificielle pour aider les prestataires de r\u00e9\u00e9ducation \u00e0 soutenir leurs patients \u00e0 distance entre les visites en clinique.<\/p>\n<p>Les m\u00e9thodes de r\u00e9\u00e9ducation traditionnelles pr\u00e9sentent des limites, notamment un temps de traitement en clinique restreint, une capacit\u00e9 limit\u00e9e des th\u00e9rapeutes \u00e0 surveiller et guider les patients en dehors de la clinique, et une faible adh\u00e9sion des patients au plan de soins. Tenzr r\u00e9volutionne cet espace en transformant la r\u00e9\u00e9ducation en une exp\u00e9rience ludifi\u00e9e, guidant les patients tout au long de leur parcours de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration et utilisant des dispositifs portables de qualit\u00e9 clinique pour suivre pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment la qualit\u00e9 et la fr\u00e9quence des mouvements, ainsi que les progr\u00e8s vers leurs objectifs de r\u00e9\u00e9ducation.<\/p>\n<p>La plateforme utilise une technologie de capteurs avanc\u00e9e pour capturer une gamme d\u00e9taill\u00e9e de mouvements, la fr\u00e9quence des activit\u00e9s et les retours des patients, fournissant aux cliniciens des donn\u00e9es exploitables pour concevoir des plans de r\u00e9\u00e9ducation personnalis\u00e9s et fond\u00e9s sur des preuves.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la gamification, Tenzr transforme la r\u00e9\u00e9ducation en une exp\u00e9rience \u00e0 la fois agr\u00e9able et fonctionnelle, aidant les patients \u00e0 rester motiv\u00e9s et \u00e0 suivre leurs progr\u00e8s, que ce soit en clinique ou \u00e0 domicile. Cette approche hybride am\u00e9liore l\u2019adh\u00e9sion en incitant les patients \u00e0 jouer un r\u00f4le actif dans leur r\u00e9tablissement, tout en permettant aux cliniciens de surveiller les progr\u00e8s \u00e0 distance et d\u2019ajuster le traitement en temps r\u00e9el.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre d\u2019un projet du R\u00e9seau de sant\u00e9 CAN, Tenzr s\u2019associe au <a href=\"https:\/\/innovationhub.nshealth.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Centre d\u2019Innovation de Sant\u00e9 de la Nouvelle-\u00c9cosse<\/a> pour offrir cette exp\u00e9rience aux patients via le programme des blessures c\u00e9r\u00e9brales acquises de Nova Scotia Health Authority. Ce projet vise \u00e0 \u00e9valuer la capacit\u00e9 de Tenzr \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l\u2019adh\u00e9sion des patients, \u00e0 suivre les progr\u00e8s de la r\u00e9\u00e9ducation et \u00e0 optimiser les
