La pand\u00e9mie de Covid-19 a pos\u00e9 de nouveaux d\u00e9fis aux organismes de soins de sant\u00e9, modifiant fondamentalement la fa\u00e7on dont les soins sont g\u00e9r\u00e9s et dispens\u00e9s. Les h\u00f4pitaux et autres op\u00e9rateurs sont maintenant charg\u00e9s de minimiser les contacts avec d\u2019autres patients pendant les visites et de modifier leur flux de travail typique. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au printemps 2020, des organismes dans tout le Canada ont constat\u00e9 plusieurs cas o\u00f9 les patients ne se pr\u00e9sentaient pas \u00e0 leurs rendez-vous r\u00e9guliers par crainte que l\u2019h\u00f4pital ne soit pas s\u00e9curitaire en raison de la COVID-19 ou des \u00e9closions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

En tant que chef de file en mati\u00e8re de soins de la pr\u00e9-naissance \u00e0 la fin de vie, Hamilton Health Sciences (HHS) s\u2019efforce d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les soins en innovant et de s\u2019assurer que les meilleurs soins sont dispens\u00e9s \u00e0 chaque individu. Compte tenu de la pand\u00e9mie et de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019adapter rapidement ses cliniques, HHS a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de travailler avec Verto, une entreprise de Toronto, pour mettre en \u0153uvre une solution con\u00e7ue au Canada qui permettrait \u00e0 la clinique d\u2019aviser les patients de leurs rendez-vous, de fournir de l\u2019information sur l\u2019h\u00f4pital et de surveiller le flux de patients dans les cliniques afin de r\u00e9pondre aux exigences de distanciation physique et \u00e0 d\u2019autres contr\u00f4les de pr\u00e9vention des infections. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
