\u00c0 l\u2019heure actuelle, les professionnels de la sant\u00e9 se fient principalement au t\u00e9l\u00e9copieur d\u00e9suet pour envoyer et recevoir des r\u00e9f\u00e9rences et d\u2019autres renseignements sensibles sur les soins de sant\u00e9. Les demandes de consultation par t\u00e9l\u00e9copieur peuvent \u00eatre peu fiables, lentes et sont toutes trait\u00e9es manuellement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Avec l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de la COVID-19, le Prism Eye Institute, l\u2019une des principales cliniques ophtalmologiques du Canada, a cherch\u00e9 le moyen d\u2019am\u00e9liorer le flux de travail et le temps administratif n\u00e9cessaires pour traiter les r\u00e9f\u00e9rences par t\u00e9l\u00e9copie, tout en am\u00e9liorant le d\u00e9lai \u00e0 partir d\u2019une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence t\u00e9l\u00e9copi\u00e9e \u00e0 un rendez-vous de suivi obtenu pour le patient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour aider \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre une solution, EZ Referral s\u2019est associ\u00e9e \u00e0 Prism Eye Institute dans le cadre d\u2019un projet de commercialisation visant \u00e0 mettre en place un syst\u00e8me d\u2019envoi et de r\u00e9ception de recommandations en ligne bas\u00e9 sur le Web, rapide, pr\u00e9cis et s\u2019int\u00e9grant parfaitement au syst\u00e8me de DME existant de la clinique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le projet a \u00e9galement examin\u00e9 l\u2019interface compl\u00e8te de programmation des demandes (API) pour signaler et surveiller tout le processus de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence (p. ex., rappels de rendez-vous et suivi de l\u2019\u00e9tat de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence) et a permis le transfert s\u00e9curis\u00e9 d\u2019images \u00e0 r\u00e9solution int\u00e9grale entre les fournisseurs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le projet de commercialisation a permis \u00e0 EZ Referral de d\u00e9velopper davantage sa plateforme afin qu\u2019elle soit adapt\u00e9e aux nuances et aux langages des diff\u00e9rentes sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s m\u00e9dicales, \u00e0 commencer par celle des soins de la vue.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
