Alors que la demande de solutions de soins virtuels ne cesse d\u2019augmenter, deux grands noms des soins \u00e0 domicile au Canada se sont associ\u00e9s pour moderniser l\u2019exp\u00e9rience des soins \u00e0 domicile en personne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">SE Health, un prestataire de soins \u00e0 domicile et en milieu communautaire qui propose des solutions de soins \u00e0 domicile et de sant\u00e9, s\u2019est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 AlayaCare, entreprise de Toronto qui a une plateforme de DME de soins \u00e0 domicile bas\u00e9e sur le nuage avec une solution de bout en bout couvrant la documentation clinique, les fonctionnalit\u00e9s d\u2019arri\u00e8re-guichet, les portails clients et de famille, la surveillance \u00e0 distance des patients et la fonctionnalit\u00e9 des travailleurs de soins mobiles. SE Health a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9, test\u00e9 et prouv\u00e9 un mod\u00e8le transformationnel de soins \u00e0 domicile (Mod\u00e8le H.O.P.E. -\u00a0Home\u00a0(domicile), Opportunity\u00a0(occasion), People\u00a0(gens), Empowerment\u00a0(autonomie)), qui a pour caract\u00e9ristique d\u2019\u00eatre \u00ab\u00a0sans papier\u00a0\u00bb et permet aux infirmiers de programmer eux-m\u00eames les visites des patients. Ensemble, AlayaCare et SE Health ont con\u00e7u la fa\u00e7on dont la solution de DME peut fonctionner pour le mod\u00e8le \u00ab\u00a0H.O.P.E.\u00a0\u00bb et pour son expansion dans la province, le pays et le monde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En particulier, avec le d\u00e9but de la Covid-19, la communication s\u00fbre dans les deux sens est devenue vitale pour les patients et SE Health.
