En 2020, en raison de la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19, la demande de \u00ab respirateurs N95\u00a0\u00bb a augment\u00e9 dans les soins de sant\u00e9. Par cons\u00e9quent, il y a eu une interruption de l\u2019approvisionnement au Canada en raison de la demande mondiale, des barri\u00e8res commerciales et de la r\u00e9partition des fournisseurs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les fabricants canadiens cherchaient \u00e0 aider \u00e0 lutter contre la COVID-19 et les exploitants de services de sant\u00e9 \u00e9taient \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019un approvisionnement r\u00e9gulier et fiable en N95.\u2028En tant qu\u2019organisme provincial qui r\u00e9unit des cliniciens et soutient des fonctions centralis\u00e9es, Soins communs Manitoba a rapidement commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 chercher des solutions permanentes pour soutenir son personnel de premi\u00e8re ligne et assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des patients. En partenariat avec Precision ADM, dont le gouvernement du Canada a approuv\u00e9 Precision Air (respirateur N95), les deux organisations ont entrepris un projet de commercialisation du R\u00e9seau de sant\u00e9 CAN. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Precision ADM est devenue la premi\u00e8re entreprise en Am\u00e9rique du Nord \u00e0 fabriquer un masque N95 r\u00e9utilisable de premi\u00e8re qualit\u00e9, r\u00e9solvant ainsi le probl\u00e8me de p\u00e9nurie au Canada et faisant passer son entreprise de 30 \u00e0 70 employ\u00e9s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Soins communs Manitoba a men\u00e9 des tests d\u2019ajustement efficacement aupr\u00e8s de plus de 500 employ\u00e9s et a re\u00e7u les commentaires du personnel sur le confort du respirateur N95. Les premi\u00e8res r\u00e9actions ont \u00e9t\u00e9, et continuent d\u2019\u00eatre, extr\u00eamement positives, notamment en ce qui concerne l\u2019am\u00e9lioration du confort et de la respirabilit\u00e9. Soins communs Manitoba a \u00e9galement cr\u00e9\u00e9 des proc\u00e9dures d\u2019utilisation normalis\u00e9es pour la mise en \u0153uvre de Precision AIR, la directive de nettoyage par essuyage par l\u2019utilisateur et le retraitement des dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux (MDR).  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
