Afin d\u2019obtenir des privil\u00e8ges dans un h\u00f4pital, les m\u00e9decins doivent passer par la proc\u00e9dure d\u2019accr\u00e9ditation initiale, qui permet d\u2019\u00e9tablir leurs qualifications et d\u2019\u00e9valuer leurs ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents et leur l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9. Actuellement, dans les h\u00f4pitaux et les autorit\u00e9s sanitaires du Canada, ce processus est une op\u00e9ration manuelle et p\u00e9niblement fastidieuse, surtout lorsque tous les renseignements n\u00e9cessaires ne sont pas fournis d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part. En outre, d\u2019importantes ressources hospitali\u00e8res sont consacr\u00e9es aux demandes sur papier, \u00e0 la collecte des documents justificatifs, aux lettres de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence et aux paiements par ch\u00e8que.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Comme solution, le CMaRS a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un service de renouvellement de mandat en ligne pour g\u00e9rer le processus complet de d\u00e9livrance d\u2019accr\u00e9ditation. Le service fournit des conseils clairs \u00e0 la personne qui demande des accr\u00e9ditations, ce qui permet aux \u00e9quipes des affaires m\u00e9dicales de recevoir des demandes compl\u00e8tes et de r\u00e9duire le nombre de courriels et d\u2019appels t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques qui accompagnent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement les processus de demande sur papier. Le travail du CMaRS continue d\u2019\u00e9voluer pour permettre aux h\u00f4pitaux d\u2019\u00e9conomiser du temps et des ressources pr\u00e9cieux, d\u2019accro\u00eetre la conformit\u00e9 et de r\u00e9duire les efforts des m\u00e9decins, des chefs et des administrateurs en mati\u00e8re de reconduction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans le cadre du projet CAN Health, la plateforme a \u00e9t\u00e9 adapt\u00e9e pour \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e par toutes les autorit\u00e9s sanitaires r\u00e9gionales et provinciales. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

CMaRS a pos\u00e9 sa candidature \u00e0 la toute premi\u00e8re demande nationale d\u2019approvisionnement du CAN Health pour une solution d\u2019accr\u00e9ditation des m\u00e9decins, men\u00e9e par le principal Edge de la r\u00e9gion Atlantique, HorizonNB, r\u00e9unissant des acheteurs potentiels de quatre provinces.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
