\u00c0 intervalles de quelques ann\u00e9es, les organismes de soins de sant\u00e9 doivent participer \u00e0 un processus d\u2019examen externe, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une enqu\u00eate, qui d\u00e9montre s\u2019ils respectent ou non les normes et les r\u00e8glements \u00e9tablis par un organisme d\u2019agr\u00e9ment externe. La pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 l\u2019agr\u00e9ment est un processus qui demande beaucoup de temps et qui n\u00e9cessite une abondance de ressources. De plus, la r\u00e9tention des connaissances acquises au cours de la pr\u00e9paration de l\u2019agr\u00e9ment peut \u00e9galement pr\u00e9senter un d\u00e9fi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Soucieux de rendre ce processus plus attrayant et plus efficace pour le personnel, l\u2019h\u00f4pital Grand River (HGR) s\u2019est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 Axonify, bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Waterloo, pour mettre en \u0153uvre sa solution d\u2019apprentissage avanc\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

La plateforme de formation d\u2019Axonify est con\u00e7ue pour s\u2019int\u00e9grer de fa\u00e7on transparente au flux de travail des employ\u00e9s de premi\u00e8re ligne tr\u00e8s occup\u00e9s. Elle propose des formations rapides, agr\u00e9ment\u00e9es de jeux, qui ne prennent que 3 \u00e0 5\u00a0minutes par jour et sont adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 chaque membre de l\u2019\u00e9quipe, en fonction de son poste et de ses connaissances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En adoptant cette solution, l\u2019HGR vise \u00e0 garantir une pr\u00e9paration quotidienne aux futures exigences en mati\u00e8re d\u2019agr\u00e9ment, afin que la communaut\u00e9 hospitali\u00e8re puisse servir au mieux les patients et leurs familles, tout en contribuant \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les d\u00e9penses globales en ressources.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
