Aujourd\u2019hui, les marqueurs les plus couramment utilis\u00e9s sont la localisation avec un fil m\u00e9tallique (LFM) ou la localisation par grain radioactif, qui ont tous deux des inconv\u00e9nients non seulement pour le patient, mais aussi pour les op\u00e9rateurs de soins de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MOLLI\u2122 utilise une technologie magn\u00e9tique de pointe pour offrir aux patientes atteintes d\u2019un cancer du sein une meilleure exp\u00e9rience que le fil traditionnel et les autres options de localisation des l\u00e9sions, en aidant les chirurgiens \u00e0 extraire leurs l\u00e9sions plus efficacement, avec pr\u00e9cision et de mani\u00e8re cibl\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abritant l\u2019une des plus grandes \u00e9quipes de soins hautement sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es dans le domaine du cancer du sein au Canada, le Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre s\u2019est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 MOLLI\u2122 pour am\u00e9liorer encore davantage la qualit\u00e9 des soins offerts \u00e0 ses patientes. Maintenant, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la technologie sans fil de MOLLI, la proc\u00e9dure de localisation peut \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e un autre jour que celui de l\u2019excision chirurgicale de la l\u00e9sion mammaire.
