Le processus actuel de SE Health pour la planification des horaires du personnel de premi\u00e8re ligne est manuel, bas\u00e9 sur le papier et inefficace, ce qui entra\u00eene un certain nombre de difficult\u00e9s et de probl\u00e8mes d\u2019inefficacit\u00e9, notamment des co\u00fbts op\u00e9rationnels \u00e9lev\u00e9s, une sous-utilisation du personnel existant et des p\u00e9nuries de personnel. Ces probl\u00e8mes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 exacerb\u00e9s \u00e0 un niveau sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent par la pand\u00e9mie de la COVID-19. De plus, l\u2019organisation a d\u00fb s\u2019appuyer sur des agences de dotation co\u00fbteuses pour combler les lacunes en main-d\u2019\u0153uvre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer ce processus, SE Health s\u2019est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 BookJane, une solution prim\u00e9e de gestion du capital humain bas\u00e9e sur le nuage qui travaille avec plus de 700\u00a0\u00e9tablissements de soins aux patients et aux r\u00e9sidents \u00e0 travers l\u2019Am\u00e9rique du Nord pour g\u00e9rer efficacement leur main-d\u2019\u0153uvre interne et externe afin qu\u2019ils puissent optimiser la dotation en personnel et se concentrer davantage sur la prestation des meilleurs soins possibles aux patients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce projet, BookJane contribuera \u00e0 soutenir les efforts de SE Health dans l\u2019automatisation et l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de ses processus de planification actuels, \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9, \u00e0 optimiser l\u2019utilisation du personnel et \u00e0 r\u00e9duire sa d\u00e9pendance vis-\u00e0-vis des agences de dotation en personnel.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
