L\u2019hygi\u00e8ne des mains est le facteur le plus important pour pr\u00e9venir la propagation des infections associ\u00e9es aux soins de sant\u00e9, une s\u00e9rieuse menace pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des patients et une cause de d\u00e9c\u00e8s dans le monde entier. Toutefois, le degr\u00e9 de respect des mesures d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne des mains chez les travailleurs de la sant\u00e9 reste alarmant, malgr\u00e9 une sensibilisation et une \u00e9ducation g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Souhaitant s\u2019attaquer \u00e0 ce probl\u00e8me au sein de ses \u00e9tablissements de soins de sant\u00e9, la Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) s\u2019est associ\u00e9e \u00e0 Crede Technologies, une entreprise sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans le d\u00e9veloppement de logiciels personnalis\u00e9s pour le secteur des soins de sant\u00e9. Elle met l\u2019accent sur la mise en place de syst\u00e8mes permettant d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des patients, et en particulier sur les outils de v\u00e9rification et de contr\u00f4le. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, la SHA a mis en \u0153uvre l\u2019outil d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne des mains de Crede, un dispositif mobile qui permet aux organismes de sant\u00e9 d\u2019observer directement les habitudes d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne des mains de leurs employ\u00e9s. L\u2019outil permet aux utilisateurs d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des donn\u00e9es de haute qualit\u00e9 avec une meilleure actualisation et une plus grande pr\u00e9cision des rapports, une collecte de donn\u00e9es et des rapports coh\u00e9rents sur plusieurs sites, un transfert et un stockage imm\u00e9diats des donn\u00e9es sur le serveur, ce qui r\u00e9duit le risque de perte de donn\u00e9es, et permet de valider le processus de v\u00e9rification. Ces rapports \u00e9toff\u00e9s permettront \u00e0 la SHA d\u2019identifier les possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019hygi\u00e8ne des mains et de cibler les principales zones probl\u00e9matiques par une am\u00e9lioration de la formation, ce qui entra\u00eenera une r\u00e9duction des infections. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
