March 20, 2025 (Oakville, ON) – The CAN Health Network is pleased to announce a new partnership with HealthOne, marking the first independent primary care provider to join the Network. This partnership aims to strengthen Canada’s primary care sector by introducing innovative technology to enhance access for patients, improve coordination of care, and deliver better health outcomes – all while bringing Canadian solutions to the forefront.
Primary care is vital to Canada’s health care system, ensuring timely, preventive, and continuous health services for all Canadians. However, Canada’s current shortage of primary care providers is a pressing issue, leaving millions without a family physician and struggling to access essential health services promptly.
