November 27, 2025 (Oakville, ON) – The CAN Health Network is excited to partner with MoCA Cognition, a Canadian company transforming the early detection of cognitive impairment through clinically validated, self-serve digital assessment tools.
MoCA Cognition’s digital platform, XpressO by MoCA, empowers individuals to assess their cognitive performance – an important first step in enabling earlier diagnosis and intervention for conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Designed to be accessible and easy to use, the platform helps users take proactive steps toward managing their cognitive health by providing insights that can be shared with health-care providers for further evaluation.
Currently, individuals are often diagnosed only after symptoms have significantly progressed, limiting treatment options and outcomes. MoCA Cognition addresses this challenge by offering a convenient, high-quality digital assessment that supports earlier identification of cognitive changes, more informed clinical conversations, and improved access to appropriate care pathways.
Through the CAN Health Network, MoCA Cognition is collaborating with LifeLabs, one of Canada’s largest diagnostic and digital health companies, on a project aimed at evaluating the use of XpressO by MoCA across LifeLabs’ digital platforms. This initiative will assess customer interest in early cognitive performance assessment and measure engagement with the platform when featured through LifeLabs’ owned marketing channels.
This collaboration represents a significant step forward in reimagining how Canadians engage with cognitive health – shifting toward a model that prioritizes prevention, early assessment, and patient empowerment.
