July 11, 2024 (Oakville, ON) – The Coordinated Accessible National (CAN) Health Network is excited to partner with ProcedureFlow – a Knowledge Management platform improving employee efficiency and process management through visual knowledge.
Organizations are constantly evolving. With employee turnover, rapidly changing environments, and the need for fast-paced solutions, it can be difficult to keep up with best practices, processes and workflows. This is especially prevalent in health care.
Founded in 2015, ProcedureFlow is a Knowledge Management software designed to help organizations create a single source of truth to streamline and implement company knowledge. Its unique visual approach makes it easier to maintain information and communicate changes across the organization.
Its visual process maps allow users to create detailed flowcharts, which can help companies improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance overall operational effectiveness. Additionally, the software offers insights into process performance and adherence, helping organizations identify areas for improvement and optimize their operations.
The result is a centralized knowledge repository that serves as a single source of truth for all procedural information. Not only does this ensure that current employees have access to the most up-to-date and accurate information, but it simplifies the training and onboarding process for new employees.
ProcedureFlow can be integrated with other software systems and tools used by the organization, enhancing its functionality and ensuring seamless process management.
Through a CAN Health Network project, ProcedureFlow will be working with Horizon Health Network to implement its solution for Horizon’s HR Operations department and its Clinical Trial Support Unit (clinical research).
