August 18, 2025 (Oakville, ON) – The Coordinated Accessible National (CAN) Health Network is proud to announce the launch of its Membership Program, a new initiative designed to equip Canadian health technology companies with the tools and support they need to scale and thrive within Canada’s health care system.

Canada is home to remarkable innovators and entrepreneurs in the health technology space, but many face significant challenges in bringing their solutions to market. Limited visibility into regional health care priorities, difficulty obtaining real-world feedback, and a lack of clear commercialization pathways have long hindered growth and impact. The CAN Health Network’s Membership Program was created to break down these barriers and provide companies with the targeted resources they need to succeed.

At its core, CAN Health’s role is to support Canadian companies through commercialization projects that match a health care operator, or Edge, with a proven Canadian solution. These projects create real-world opportunities for companies to refine, validate, and scale their innovations in partnership with health care organizations. However, not every company has immediate access to a commercialization project. The Membership Program was created to xpand CAN Health’s support to these companies, offering them tools, insights, and connections to help advance their journey to market.

Through this program, members will gain:

  • Direct access to health system insights, helping them navigate procurement processes and align with regional priorities;
  • Tailored commercialization support, including guidance on market engagement strategies; and,
  • Enhanced visibility and connections through the Network’s national ecosystem of leading health care organizations.

“With the launch of this Membership Program, we’re offering Canadian companies a pathway from innovation to adoption in the health care system,” said Dr. Dante Morra, Founder and Chair of the CAN Health Network. “Our goal is to ensure that Canadian solutions not only launch but scale successfully – improving care for Canadians and driving economic growth across the country.”

Currently, over 100 companies have joined the Membership Program, with more expected to come on board in the coming months.

“At CAN Health, our mission is to ensure Canadian companies have the support they need to grow, scale, and succeed right here at home,” said An John Nguyen, Director, Strategic Insights and Company Support, CAN Health Network. “We’re proud to help innovators navigate the health care system, connect with real opportunities, and ultimately deliver solutions that make a difference in the lives of Canadians.”
