Enhancing care for long-term care residents and operators across Canada with the adoption of leading technology solutions
The CAN Health Long-Term Care Innovation and Scaling Network, powered by Bruyère, is a first-of-its-kind initiative designed to enhance the quality of life for long-term care (LTC) residents and operators by scaling Canadian-made technology solutions.
Son fonctionnement
The CAN Health Network is a national organization focused on accelerating Canadian innovation in health care. It works with health care operators across the country to identify their biggest challenges and match them with homegrown technology solutions.
Through this model, CAN Health has built a Network of proven Canadian solutions that have been adopted and commercialized by leading health care organizations from coast-to-coast-to-coast.
Building on this success, the CAN Health Long-term Care Innovation and Scaling Network will work with Bruyère to connect LTC homes directly with these solutions to actively address the sector’s most pressing challenges and improve care for over 200,000 Canadians that call LTC home.
Unique Challenges. Innovative Solutions.

Facilitate Connections
We serve as a system connector and trusted partner between long-term care homes and innovative companies, opening access to a broader innovation community ready to address LTC homes’ unique challenges.
Problem-Solving
At every step, we’re identifying challenges that lack readily available solutions and engaging with Canadian innovators to find custom solutions that enhance resident care and care delivery.
