February 11, 2026 (Oakville, ON) – The CAN Health Network is excited to partner with Process Fusion, a Canadian technology company helping health care organizations streamline operations, reduce administrative burden, and enhance patient care through workflow automation and secure, cloud-based document management solutions.
Process Fusion’s digital workflow platform allows hospitals and health systems to automate manual, paper-based, and repetitive tasks – from clinical documentation and referrals to patient intake, record processing, and back-office operations. Process Fusion’s platform is designed to integrate seamlessly with existing clinical and administrative systems, enabling organizations to modernize workflows without disrupting established care processes. By digitizing and optimizing these workflows, care teams can reduce delays, eliminate errors, and spend more time with patients rather than on paperwork.
Across many health care environments in Canada, clinicians and administrative staff continue to face inefficiencies due to outdated processes and fragmented information systems. Process Fusion addresses these challenges by unifying and automating workflows, while supporting interoperability across existing clinical and administrative systems – ensuring information moves quickly, securely, and accurately between teams, departments, and care settings. This helps improve overall efficiency, shorten turnaround times, and support higher-quality patient care.
Through the CAN Health Network, Process Fusion is partnering with Horizon Health Network on a commercialization project to deploy its workflow automation solution in key operational areas. By moving to a fully digital automated requisition process, this collaboration aims to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, reduce delays and ultimately create a more efficient, accurate, and patient-centred experience for both providers and the people they serve.
